Witton Castle Country Park has been awarded the 2018 Certificate of Excellence. The TripAdvisor accolade honours hospitality businesses, which consistently deliver great service.
The achievement; which can only be earned over time; is presented to a small margin of businesses (around 10%) for consistently great reviews over the last year. The much coveted ‘Certificate of Excellence’ can only be given by TripAdvisor, based on merit and does not follow an application process.
The County Durham based Witton team is naturally delighted with the award, which offers reward in itself for the combined efforts of the staff and management team, in ensuring each guest experience is a special one.
The Certificate of Excellence recipients are determined following a code of specific criteria. Each business awarded must:
- Maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five
- Have a minimum number of reviews
- Have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least twelve months.
